Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. 30-Day (1-Month) Full Access Free Trial

Every new transport business account receives a complimentary 30-day (1-month) free trial with full access to LR generation, GST invoicing, and party ledgers. No credit card or advance payment is required to initiate the trial. You can test our software thoroughly across all your transport godowns with zero financial commitment.

2. Subscription Billing & Payment Gateway (Razorpay)

Paid subscriptions are processed securely through RBI-authorized payment aggregators (including Razorpay) using UPI, Net Banking, and Credit/Debit cards. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on your selected tier.

3. Cancellation & Refund Guidelines

• Cancellation Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through the app (Settings > Subscription Plans) or by notifying our WhatsApp desk. Upon cancellation, your account remains active until the end of the paid billing cycle with no additional charges.
• 7-Day Post-Upgrade Refund Window: If you upgrade to an annual plan and experience technical dissatisfaction within the first 7 days, you may request a full refund by contacting support@inacplatforms.com.
• Service Downtime Credit: If our cloud infrastructure experiences unscheduled downtime exceeding our 99.9% monthly SLA commitment, customers receive proportional billing credits applied to their next billing cycle.
